Bushfire proof housing with modular building technology

UNIBUILD – AUSTRALIAN PROJECTS.

Bushfire Proof Housing

When bushfire temperature reaches 48 degrees C, all moisture in the building fabric, structure and leaves of surrounding vegetation turn to flamable gas. (This can be seen in the black cloud seen in bushfire photos) One spark and the whole explodes. Using the Unibuild modular building systems, all the building components comprise fireproof steel fibre reinforced concrete with a surface fire rating of 2 hours and a structural fire rating of 6 hours.

Look at photos of bushfire ravaged scenes after the event. Only concrete structures survive. Concrete does not burn.
