Unibuild fully supports its technology transferred to the Licensee.
THE BASIC LICENSE COST IS NEGOTIABLE. A 1% ROYALTY PAYMENT ON THE PROJECT DESIGN & CONSTRUCT TURNOVER IS ALSO NEGOTIABLE.
License negotiations usually commence with the Client’s invitation to Unibuild’s Founder (Peter Smith) to visit and review the Client’s present and future building requirements.
The Client is presented with a number of Power Point presentations which clearly overview The Unibuild Technology and how it can satisfy the Client’s requirements.
If negotiations proceed further, the Client and Unibuild sign a Confidentiality Agreement, whereupon design and project management details of The Unibuild Technology are revealed for evaluation.
The final stage of negotiations is to sign a formal Unibuild License Agreement. The Client then receives the complete Unibuild Technology package, thus beginning a long term business relationship.
